Based in California, the Chung Charitable Foundation is a private family foundation created to support organizations and individuals looking to better their communities and their own lives through education. As first-generation immigrants, Nelson and Christine Chung established the Chung Charitable Foundation Scholarship as a way to enrich their community and to encourage education, leadership, and public service, particularly in the field of real estate, planning, and other related industries. The Foundation is managed by members of the Chung Family. Scholarships are awarded each year to students who demonstrate excellence inside and outside the classroom.
